SHIPPING POLICY

What You Need to Know

 

Shipping costs are as follows:

£15.00 per order under 500g for delivery via La Poste/Chronopost. Any order over 500g will not exceed £20.00.

I am unable to deliver to PO box addresses in the U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand and the EU

NOTES

​

1. Subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

2. Please note that if your order qualifies for free shipping, this means that I will pay the courier on your behalf the cost of shipping the order from France to your destination.  If there are any additional courier fees or other fees to pay on receipt, including but not limited to customs clearance and VAT, these are payable by the recipient.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Providing stock is available, orders will be dispatched the following working day after receipt.

How will I know my order has been dispatched?

As soon as you have received your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email from me, you will know it has left the Château on this date.

Can I track my order?

It is my preference to use the tracking service through La Poste/Chronopost. You will be sent a tracking number with your ‘Despatch Confirmation’ email. 

 

Can you deliver to a PO box address?

 I am unable to deliver to PO boxes in the following territories: U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand and the E.U. due to restrictions from the shipping carriers.

RETURN POLICY

The Small Print

 

Here at Château Fénelon I do everything myself. Therefore I can ensure my product is made and packaged with the greatest care & attention.

 

You are offered the guarantee that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 48 hours of receiving, and I will happily do all I can to sort the problem out. If you still feel unsatisfied and wish to return the purchase, please use a Tracking Service from your shipping provider as I cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Items must be returned in their original condition, being complete, unopened & unused and in a clean and re-saleable condition within 28 days of receipt, the cost of the item/s will be refunded I will refund to the cardholder, but unfortunately not the postage cost for returning the item unless the product is faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 All queries and complaints will be dealt with speedily.
